Narrative
MEDFORD, NJ – Fourteen students went to the hospital Tuesday after a crash involving a school bus and a truck in Medford.
The accident occurred just before 3 p.m. at the intersection of Hawkin Road and Skeet Road, which is northwest of Bear Swamp Preserve at Red Lion.
The investigation indicates that a southbound utility truck crashed into a school bus as the latter vehicle attempted to turn left onto Skeet Road from Hawkin Road.
Medics transported eleven students to the hospital with non-critical injuries, while three students rode to the hospital with their parents.
It does not appear that either driver sustained injuries in the crash.
The investigation is ongoing.
