JERSEY CITY, NJ – Arley Ulloa, a 25-year-old Bayonne resident, has been charged with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle collision resulting in death after a fatal hit-and-run accident in Jersey City in March.
Jersey City police were informed of the collision at Stegman and Garfield Avenues at about 12:13 a.m., where Ralph Haynes suffered severe injuries. After arriving at the scene, the police found Ralph Haynes, 55, critically injured and transported him to Jersey City Medical Center. Despite life-saving measures, Haynes tragically succumbed to his injuries at 3:38 p.m.
Ulloa is currently charged with one count of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle collision resulting in death, a second-degree offense.
